I niched in women's health because I know first-hand the toll it takes on your mental health. I understand what it is like to suffer and struggle with a diagnosis and not feel heard. That's why I have worked with countless women to support them face the unique challenges they faced.

My hope is to use my therapeutic skills and real-life experience to help you get to the other side.

However, after each week of gaining tools and insights to process their experience, they are not only able to be more present, they can start to thrive even in grief and pain. They were achieving their goals, growing, and living more fully.

This we will incorporate in processing your experience with real-world tools and skills to help move you toward a place of healing.

To accomplish this, I use an integrative approach of gold-standard, evidence-based treatments and techniques for medical trauma, chronic illness and pain, and perinatal and postpartum mental health issues. Such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy/Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Grounding Techniques, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma and PTSD. These treatments allow us to work together to create a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and experiences. So you receive the support you need to feel heard, heal, and thrive.
